Accountabilities 崗位職責：
1.Develop new customers and maintain cooperative relationships with old customers
開發新客戶并維護與老客戶的合作關系
2.Regularly participate in Canton Fair and domestic/international major exhibitions every year to find new customers and create cooperation opportunities, face-to-face negotiate exchanges, and develop cooperation intentions
每年定期參與廣交會及國內外各大展會，挖掘新客戶并創造合作機會，進行面對面洽談交流，發展合作意向
3.Concluding the contract and following up on the relevant follow-up matters after confirming the order, including arranging booking, S/O, trucking, customs declaration, Shipping instruction,.., and maintaining close communication with the consignee and shipper.
訂立合同，跟進確認訂單后的相關后續事宜，包括安排訂艙、放艙、跟進拖車報關、提單補料等，與收發貨人保持密切地溝通
4.Follow up on cargo tracking regularly, including time of departure and arrival, whether the container is released from the Customs on time, loading on the vessel, etc. And update news to customers.
定期跟進貨物追蹤，包括開船和到港時間，柜子是否準時放行、裝船等，并更新給客戶
5.Coordinate with each operation department and cooperate for the follow-up operation
與各操作部門協調并配合后續操作事宜
Qualifications任職資格：
1.College degree or above, relevant majors and relevant working experience are preferred
大專及以上學歷，相關專業及有相關工作經驗者優先考慮
2.Proficient in written and reading English, speaking fluent English,second language (eg Spanish, Russian, French, Arabic, etc.) is preferred
熟練的英語書面及閱讀能力，英語口語流利，會第二門外語（如：西語、俄語、法語、阿拉伯語等）優先考慮
3.Skilled use of Microsoft applications
熟練使用微軟應用程序
4.Positive, upward-looking, have a dream&goal, talented people who are willing to work hard together
