崗位職責(zé)
電子煙品質(zhì)管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗必須
1、負責(zé)從樣品到量產(chǎn)以及后續(xù)客戶服務(wù)的全過程產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量策劃和控制，尋求通過過程測試、SPC/CTQ監(jiān)控等方法發(fā)現(xiàn)過程改善機會，系統(tǒng)的改進制造流程以提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量；
To in charge of quality plan and control from pilot run to customer service process, and to find improvement opportunities based on process testing/SPC/CTQ，aim to improve manufacture process and product quality.
2、負責(zé)制定并實施NPD/NPI過程中的品質(zhì)策劃，提供CTQ和CP，以及相關(guān)的測試方法，數(shù)據(jù)或報告；
To define and implement quality plan during NPD/NPI process, and prepare for CTQ list/Control Plan, and related test method/data/report accordingly.
3、主導(dǎo)NPD/NPI所涉及的新零件/產(chǎn)品的PPAP工作，協(xié)助完成PFMEA；
To complete PPAP related to the new item/product during NPD/NPI process, and finish PFMEA together with Technical department.
4、監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程，關(guān)注關(guān)鍵過程的穩(wěn)定性和持續(xù)改善；
To monitor whole manufacture process, especially focus on critical process and continuous improvement.
5、負責(zé)記錄并解決產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中所出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題、處理日常品質(zhì)異常及品質(zhì)預(yù)防改善；
To make recording and solve the issues during the manufacture process in daily and weekly;
6、處理客戶投訴與問題的跟進，并提供解決措施；
To deal with customer complain and feedback till to close it.
7、收集并研究行業(yè)的品質(zhì)標準和發(fā)展趨勢；
To collect and study the criteria and develop trend in related industry.
8、上級安排的其他工作。
To complete others tasks from management.
任職要求
1、 電子電路、自動化或相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科以上學(xué)歷；
Related to Electronic\Automation, at least bachelor level.
2、 2年以上電子煙品質(zhì)管理、工程相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗；
Above 2+ years working experience related to smokeless quality management.
3、 熟悉模電、數(shù)電，會基本的電子電路分析；熟悉客訴處理基本要素及相關(guān)流程；
Familiar with simulation circuit/digital circuit, and analysis for electronic product, and know the process/procedure for customer complain and feedback.
4、 熟悉8D、ISO13485體系以及統(tǒng)計分析手法，如SPC、QC七大手法，F(xiàn)MEA/PPAP等 5大質(zhì)量管理工具；
Good at 8D/ISO13485 and statistical method, such as SPC/QC Tools, FMEA/PPAP and so on.
5、 熟悉常用辦公軟件，,至少使用Minitab軟件里面的常用功能；
Familiar with Microsoft/Minitab.
6、 良好的團隊合作精神、責(zé)任心、溝通能力及承壓能力；
Team worker, cooperation, responsibility, and communication skills.
7、 有外審、內(nèi)審資質(zhì)的優(yōu)先；
With external/internal auditor certification.
8、 具有系統(tǒng)化的思維；
